Minnesota songwriter Kelley Smith is a wallflower who fancies old poetry and grandpa sweaters. All at once whimsical and haunting, Smith delivers deeply affecting lyrics with wry charm and a time traveler's voice. Prone to melancholy and daydreaming, Kelley spent her childhood roaming the woods of the north country. To this day, her longing for that landscape runs deep and seems to find its way into her songs in one way or another. Mike Munson is a renowned guitarist with an unmistakable sound. His prolific catalogue of original songs blends elements of indie folk, roots, jazz and improvised music. Munson’s long career as a solo touring musician has garnered a devoted fan base and a reputable place within the bustling Minnesota music scene. In 2024 Munson released his tenth full-length album “Perihelion Day” (Liatris Records). Using the moniker upup/OVER, he has continued to expand his creative playing field with this acoustic, instrumental record. The Mike Munson Trio released their first full-length album "Sometimes, not always." on Liatris Records in May of 2026.

Upright bassist Liz Draper's music can be described as "classicaldoomfolkjazz,” a genre exemplified in her debut solo album “Meno” (Liatris Records, 2025). She is a 2021 American Composers Forum awardee for her solo work and has played with artists from Grammy-nominated slow-core band Low to the Balkan folk group Orkestar Bez Ime, Righteous Babe artist Pieta Brown, Grammy Award-winning Okee Dokee Brothers, and Smithsonian recording artist folk troubadour Charlie Parr. Liz is currently touring with 2 time Grammy-nominated songwriter Iris Dement.

As a player and producer, Pat brings his roots in jazz into experimentation across all genres, challenging folk narratives and reshaping traditional instrumentation. Pat’s improvisational influence and extended techniques shine through his ensemble work, finding comfort in mixed meters, sophisticated harmonies and inventive instrumental manipulation.
